As a thank you, we will send you a $50 gift card! A group consists of 10 or more participants. We travel all over the MD, DC, VA and DE areas so please send our information on to anyone who may be in need of our training! There is no limit on the number of gift cards you can receive!
Now the fine print: Referral must be a new group, not an exisitng HealthFirst customer. Only one offer for each group/business referred, if we receive more than 1 referral for the same group/business we will use the first come first serve rule. Please send us your contact information as well as the information of the group you have referred. Your gift card will be mailed or available for pickup within 5 days after the group training has been conducted.
